Amal Clooney DOES Have A Stylist (And You’ll Never Guess Which Model/Reality Star She Shares Him With…)

On the Tomorrowland press tour, George Clooney denied that his wife Amal has a stylist. Well, we know better…

On their most recent tour for George Clooney’s new flick Tomorrowland, Amal Clooney once again effortlessly drew a round of applause from the world’s fashpack. But when she appeared in Tokyo wearing John Galliano for Maison Margiela, the focus was particularly on how easily Amal can pull off old Hollywood glamour.

Yet this wasn’t the only time Amal has donned one of Galliano’s dresses since he took over at Margiela. The first, of course, was on fashion’s most important annual stage – the MET Gala. Whilst Galliano has dressed other A-listers since taking over at MM – Rihanna, Cate Blanchett and Galliano cheerleader Anna Wintour have all worn his recent designs – Amal is the only celeb to have worn one twice.

Which takes us neatly onto her new celebrity stylist (thanks for staying with us on this one.) Alexis Roche is Galliano’s long time partner and it was Roche who styled Amal on both occasions. Known for outfitting mega glamazons such as Uma Thurman and Marion Cotillard, he recently dressed girl-of-the-moment Kendall Jenner in a stunning Azzedine Alaïa two-piece at this year’s Cannes festival. So there you have it: Amal Clooney and Kendall Jenner do, in fact, share a celebrity stylist.

When Maison Margiela was asked to comment on the Amal association, their publicist gave a rather intriguing reply:

“ The Maison wishes not to speak on this subject just yet.

Whatever the fashion house is planning to reveal (excited, much?) it’s a standing ovation worthy association for the brand: after all, they have the endorsement of perhaps one of the world’s most famous human-right’s lawyer and wife to one of Hollywood’s most respected/bankable stars. Just what’s needed to give Galliano’s comeback considerable kudos (and then some.)
