Here's some news that to cheer up a blustery Monday: the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting her third child!
In a statement released by Kensington Palace this morning, it was confirmed that Kate is pregnant - but also that she is once again suffering from the severe morning sickness, aka Hyperemesis Gravidarum, that plagued her through her pregnancies to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. 'The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace,' the statement reads, 'Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today.'
The royals are, as is to be expected, thrilled at the idea of a further addition to the Cambridge family, with the statement claiming that 'the Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news.'
Until Kate recovers from her morning sickness and bump watch can commence, there is one occasion on the horizon that royal fans can look forward to - Prince George will be going to school soon. We can't wait to see him in his uniform...
