We Will Lose Our Sh*t If Victoria Beckham Sings These Songs On Carpool Karaoke

It's the Carpool Karaoke guest we never thought we'd see.

It’s one of the best bookings James Corden has ever made; Victoria Beckham is appearing on the modern phenomenon that is Carpool Karaoke. The designer shared a clip of her filming with the Late Late Show host on her Instagram Stories this week and the Internet collectively lost its sh*t.

VB last flexed her musical muscles during the Spice Girls performance at the London 2012 Olympic Games with a medley of Spice up Your Life and Wannabe. It was glorious (re-live that moment here) but, as we all know, singing was never the star’s true calling in life - she has even admitted that her microphone used to be switched off during live Spice Girls performances. Not cool.

But, here at InStyle, we have nothing but love for VB, so here are the six Victoria Beckham songs she’s got to sing on Carpool Karaoke, or we can feel a diva fit coming on circa Let Your head Go.

And make sure you check out the best celeb Carpool Karaoke appearances so far.

Not Such An Innocent Girl, 2001

Early noughties pop at its PVC trouser-wearing, white kitten heel-rocking best. The video sees VB having a dance-off with herself (innocent VB wears white, the troublesome one black - otherwise how would you know?). We’re putting forward the argument for this being solo Victoria’s best song.

Let Your Head Go, 2003

Posh having a full diva meltdown - and poking fun of herself in such a VB way - is music video genius. A classic pop song.

This Groove, 2003

Sexy satin-clad VB writhing around on a chaise longue begging some lucky chap not to disturb her groove. V.NSFW.

A Mind Of Its Own, 2002

Proof that she's game for anything, 2003’s under-the-radar A Mind Of Its Own features a whole lot of rapping by VB. Wearing baggy jeans, Stan Smiths and a big smile, this one gives us all the feels in a warm, cheesy, manufactured pop kinda way.

Out Of Your Mind, 2000

It was VB’s big moment. Her collaboration with True Steppers and Dane Bowers on Out Of Your Mind, was involved in one of the biggest chart battles of all time with things getting pretty feisty between Posh and Sophie Ellis-Bextor (at one point, SEB even accused VB of using underhand tactics to try and nab the number one spot). In the end, it was Sophie Ellie Bextor who triumphed with Spiller - Groovejet (If This Ain't Love), but we still dig Out Of Your Mind.

Baby Boy, 2003

In 2016 unreleased RnB album, Come Together, from way back in 2003 was leaked and it made our entire summer. Baby Boy is our pick of the previously unheard demos. We’re feeling total Aaliyah vibes.
