Who would've thought that blue eyeshadow could look so smouldering and sexy? Make-up artists at Gucci's spring/summer show were quick to dispel its stuck-in-the-80s tacky status by dusting this icy azure shade over the whole eye with thick black liner and lashings of mascara for a glamorous edge. Gorge!
Gemma Arterton proves that the blue trend can be switched to subtle - it's just a matter of controlling the colour! By stopping the shade at the lids, and keeping the rest of her complexion walk-in-the-park fresh, Gemma manages to pull off a winning combination that makes the trend look so wearable.
