Make-up artist extraordinaire Lauren Hersheson talks us through how to copy Alexa's after-hours look:
1. Alexa’s got gorgeous dewy skin although I think she is being helped along by a little foundation. To achieve such a natural dewy finish, Chanel’s Vitalumiere works really well either by applying it with your fingers or a stipple brush-MAC do the 187 and the 188 brush.
2. The outside corners of her eyes have been slightly defined with a soft eye pencil. I like Clinique’s Kohl Shaper for Eyes in black, with a soft grey or brown eye shadow such as Trish McEvoy’s Sable Bronze in the crease to give the eyes a little lift.
3. Most importantly is Alexa’s strong red lip. For a red lip, it looks quite effortless because it has a matte quality which makes it more wearable. MAC’s Ruby Woo is a classic and it can be worn quite strong or blotted to create more of a stain.
