Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts launched her fab new make-up range at Harrods yesterday!

Beaming from ear-to-ear Nicola Roberts’ hard work has finally paid off - the new make-up range Dainty Doll, specifically designed for paler complexions, has officially hit the counter at Harrods!

Looking fabulous in an on trend maxi skirt and branded tee, Nicola modelled her make-up to perfection with feline eyes, pouty red lips and showed off her trademark porcelain skin.


Ditching the fake tan and embracing her English Rose complexion, the singer said she found it a real struggle to get make-up to suit her skin-tone. So, in 2008, she came up with the idea to create products for pale skin when she took part in TV show The Passions Of Girls Aloud.

And it was clear from the outset that it was something Nicola felt very strongly about.

‘The reason behind me doing this is because I had a point of difference and that was because of the pale skin and it was something I obviously felt really passionate about.

'I was aware that there weren't many make-up brands that catered for women for extra pale skin so I feel proud that I've been the person to do it,’ she said.

Nicola’s Dainty Doll collection includes 10 different products from eyeshadows and liners to glosses and blushes, in various shades and colours and ranges in price from £10 to £20.
