Sex and the City star Jennifer Hudson made her name as a voluptuous lovely with a belting voice. But US mag People has revealed a newly slim Hudson as their cover star this week.
After the birth of her first child, she felt she had a few extra pounds to shift. So she set to work with a diet and exercise regime.
'I'm in the best shape of my life!' Jennifer told the magazine. How did she do it? Jennifer is the latest fan of Weight Watchers which helped her keep an eye on her portion control.
She's also been hitting the exercise trail with personal trainer Harley Pasternak who has Hudson on a 25 minute circuit training routine of lunges, cardio, shoulder presses and ab exercises five days a week.
