With this combined mastery of scent and taste, Lyn Harris and Fred Panaiotis have collaborated to create a sumptuous afternoon tea.
For £20 you’ll get a glass of crisp Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, a pot of the yummiest specially blended Miller Harris tea and a selection of delectable cakes.
Apparently the cake and tea are designed to complement the flavour of the champers, which Panaiotis says tastes of ‘fresh fruit with a dominant citrus note’. The champagne experts at InStyle say it tastes ‘very nice’.
The tea will be available from Monday to Saturday at the Miller Harris flagship store on Bruton Street – a convenient stone’s throw away from Bond Street if you’re stocking up on your A/W goodies and fancy a Champagne tea break!
