While Alexander McQueen has dabbled with perfume in the past, the designer brand is set to launch its first new scent in eight years.
The British fashion favourite has teamed up with P&G Prestige to work on the fragrant venture, and it's all go on deciding the top notes, as it's reported that work will start "immediately".
Creative Director Sarah Burton explains: "Creating a fragrance feels like a natural progression as it enhances the world of Alexander McQueen. I'm very excited by this opportunity to collaborate with P&G Prestige, to work together to create a scent that captures the unique sensibility of the house."
It's sure to sit pretty among our scent collection - in fact a miniaturised version of the AW13 headpieces would make a mighty nice topper for the bottle...
